Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery operations are managed by:
SMSA for all cities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
DHL International Shipping.
The shipment status can be tracked through the official websites of the shipping companies.
Shipping time:
Considering the 4-6 days it takes to process an order, the approximate shipping time for:
Within the Kingdom: from 2 to 4 working days
Outside the Kingdom: 8 to 14 working days.
Please note that these periods are approximate and take into account holidays and official weekly holidays (Fridays and Saturdays), official holidays in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and National Day.
You can confirm the shipping time more accurately by contacting us through one of the communication methods.
Recharge:
If you fail to respond to the shipping company's notifications to receive your order, it will be returned to our facility. It will then be reshipped at a new shipping cost.
Please review our Returns and Exchange Policy carefully before purchasing to ensure you fully understand the terms and conditions.
Exchange and return:
We emphasize the quality and precision of the pieces we offer, as they are manufactured using the finest materials and are 100% identical to those displayed.
To ensure your trust and confidence, you can request an exchange or return within 24 hours of receiving your order, and you must contact customer service immediately.
If contact is not made within 24 hours, the customer will not have the right to claim a return.
Please note the following terms and conditions:
-Products must be accompanied by the original purchase invoice.
-Products must be unused and in their original condition as purchased.
The customer bears the return fee of 150 riyals.
There are no exchange fees. The customer only bears the shipping policy fee of 30 riyals.
Upon receipt of the items and ensuring their integrity, the amount will be refunded to the customer within 7 days.
(Note that there is no return or exchange outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia)
Please note that the exchange and return service only applies to items that have not been altered and that were not produced in special customer sizes.
