Shipping and Delivery
Shipping and delivery operations are managed by:
SMSA for all cities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
DHL for international shipping.
The shipment status can be tracked through the official websites of the shipping companies.
Shipping time:
Taking into account the order processing time of 4-6 days, the approximate shipping time is:
Within the Kingdom, 2 to 4 working days
-Outside the Kingdom, from 8 to 14 working days.
Please note that these periods are approximate and take into account holidays and official weekly holidays (Friday and Saturday), official holidays in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and National Day.
You can confirm the shipping time more accurately by contacting us through one of the communication channels.
Recharge:
If you do not respond to the shipping company's notifications to pick up your order, it will be returned to our headquarters. It will then be reshipped at a new shipping cost.
Please review our return and exchange policy carefully before purchasing to ensure you fully understand the terms and conditions.
Exchange and return:
We emphasize the quality and accuracy of the pieces we offer, as they are manufactured using the finest materials and are 100% identical to what is shown.
In order to ensure your trust and peace of mind, you can request an exchange or return within 24 hours of receiving the order, and you must contact customer service immediately.
If no contact is made within 24 hours, the customer will not have the right to claim a return.
Please pay attention to the following terms and conditions:
-The products must be accompanied by the original purchase invoice.
-The products must be unused and in their original condition as purchased.
-The customer bears the return fee of 150 riyals.
There are no exchange fees; the customer only bears the shipping fee of 30 riyals.
Upon receiving the parts and confirming their condition, the customer will be refunded within 14 business days.
(Please note that there are no returns or exchanges outside of Saudi Arabia)
